Today marks 71 years since Murphy the Billy Goat was denied access to the Cubs game. The Curse of the Billy Goat grows stronger with every year that goes by. Prior to the curse, the Cubs had 51 winning seasons, won the pennant 16 times and won 2 World Series. In Greece the strongest goat of the herd wears a bell that is called a trokania. We have the original trokania that Billy had. This Thursday at Billy Goat on Michigan Ave from 5:30 – 8:30. we will have a ceremony to present the trokania to this new goat and a little ceremony to reverse the curse. And if the Cubs ask us to go to the stadium we will, with the goat wearing the trokania!
