2013 Taste of Chicago
If you want a real “Taste of Chicago”, stop by THE GOAT! You already know the menu…Cheezborger. Cheezborger. Cheezborger. No Fries. Cheeps. No Pepsi. Coke.
The Taste runs from Wednesday July 10th – Sunday July 14. We will be located near the corner of Jackson and Columbus.
There’s a great list of entertainment at the Petrillo Music Shell this year including FUN, Estelle, Robin Thicke, and Robert Plant!

Happy 4th of July!
Happy 4th of July Billy Goat fans! We hope that you come out and see us at Navy Pier this year. They put on a spectacular fireworks show starting at about 9:30 PM. There’s no better place to enjoy the show than at Billy Goat with a cheezborger and beer!
A Record-Setting Weekend at Navy Pier
This is a big weekend at Navy Pier! Make sure to plan ahead and stop by the Billy Goat for a delicious cheezborger and refreshing beer!!
GUINNESS WORLD RECORD® Ferris Wheel Ride:
Clinton, the Pier’s Park Operation’s Manager, will attempt to set the record for the longest Ferris Wheel ride ever. Beginning on Friday at 2:30 p.m., Clinton will settle into his very own Ferris wheel gondola, which will become home for the next 30 hours. Clinton will attempt to remain awake until Saturday at 8:30 p.m. when he officially sets a new GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS number!
KISS FM and B96 will also be broadcasting live over the weekend. Come out on Saturday from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. to see the KISS FM broadcast and Sunday from noon – 5 p.m. for B96!
Armed Forces Weekend
Navy Pier will also host a celebration to honor our Armed Forces, including a patriotic-themed fireworks show on Saturday, May 18 at 8:30 p.m.
The Chicago Green Festival
This weekend is also the Chicago Green Festival at the pier. Be sure to get their early in case our goat eats their urban garden!
Chicago Flower & Garden Show at Navy Pier
You wouldn’t know it to look out your window, but spring is just around the corner! From March 9 – 17th the nationally-renowned Chicago Flower & Garden Show will be at Navy Pier’s Festival Hall. The show features design, flowers and blooming plants, trees and shrubs. Featured gardens and landscape displays will resemble fine art to interpret this year’s theme – “Art of Gardening”.
This year features a redesigned show floor, displays for small spaces, interactive classes and presentations led by industry professionals. It’s a great place to find inspiration for your garden. The World’s Largest Indoor Bar Crawl at Navy Pier
The Billy Goat Tavern will be a part of the World’s Largest Indoor Bar Crawl at Navy Pier on February 23rd. You can purchase tickets to this event presented in partnership with Players Sport & Social.
